This delightful yogurt and cucumber dip combines the creamy richness of Greek yogurt with the crisp freshness of grated cucumber, accented by aromatic garlic, dill and rose petals.
1teaspoonground rose petalsoptional - available in specialty stores

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, and dried or fresh mint.
Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
